Northwestern Connecticut AIDS Project (NCAP) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to reducing the transmission of HIV in Litchfield County and to assisting county residents affected by HIV in maintaining the highest quality of life possible. NCAP is the only agency in the county which provides a full range of HIV/AIDS related services (all of which are free of charge).
