For over 15 years, we have maintained one of the world’s largest collections of primary source material about gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender history. Our professionally staffed archives and reading room are open to the public free of charge 20 hours per week. We also sponsor exhibits and programs on an on-going basis. We are now in the early stages of building the world’s first full-scale, professional quality, general audience museum devoted to GLBT history and culture.

An on line time line glbt historical time line of Orange County California(1700-2000).
This ten year project found a home lin 2004 with the UCI lgbt Resource Center and at the same time the UCI Archives Special Collections began soliciting archival glbt materials related to OC and it's immediate surroundings. This collection is being coordinated by Jackie Dooley, library archivist.
