The Bluegrass Classic, based in Louisville, is one of the cities oldest gay and lesbian sports organization. Established in 1982, the Bluegrass Classic also hosts an annual bowling tournament with the North American Heartland region of IGBO, the International Gay Bowling Organization. The website provides information about the Bluegrass Classic League and Tournament as well as upcoming tournaments within the region.

Our goal is to engage a multi-faceted league that provides awarding Sport and Entertainment in a Safe and Rich, Socially aware environment. A recreational league with a competitive edge that everyone can enjoy! We will meet this goal because of each one of you! It is through our membership that we are able to distribute donations to various Chicago charities and award our bowlers with one of the largest cash prize funds in the Wrigleyville Area.
