Northwestern Connecticut AIDS Project (NCAP) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to reducing the transmission of HIV in Litchfield County and to assisting county residents affected by HIV in maintaining the highest quality of life possible. NCAP is the only agency in the county which provides a full range of HIV/AIDS related services (all of which are free of charge). We offer free HIV testing, counseling, case management, support groups, emergency funds, a hotline, etc.

A non-profit organization dedicated to improving and enriching the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth, adults and families. We provide support, education and advocacy.
Since 1983, HGLHC has provided comprehensive education, support, advocacy and specific medical services which meet the health care needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in Connecticut.
