Our purpose is to provide support and advocacy for all gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and gay-friendly heterosexuals within the University and NorthWest Arkansas. We try to increase positive awareness of the gay, lesbian, and bisexual community by hosting speakers, fundraisers, and participating in festivities such as Autumn Fest, Student Organization Fairs, and so forth.

The AAF provides case management, payment assistance for HIV/AIDS prescription medication, payment assistance for dental bills, and complete nutritional services. In addition to conducting wellness weekends, AAF has initiated a job and work-placement program, a women's support group program, and has provided much needed leadership to the entire ASO community in central Arkansas.
P.R.I.S.M. serves the GLBTA (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, allied) community of UCA including students, faculty, staff, and alumni. P.R.I.S.M. stands for Pride, Raising awareness, Involvement, Support, and Mentoring.
Students of Alternative Lifestyles(SAL) exists to provide a supportive and friendly environment for ``straight, lesbian, gay and bisexual men and women of all description to meet.
The staff of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) works with members of the University to solve problems, understand themselves, grow personally, and develop more satisfying relationships with friends and family.
