Stonewall Communities, Inc., a non-profit organization, was created to better understand and advocate for the needs of older lesbians, gay men, and their friends. Stonewall Communities strives to provide a range of options, from their residential communities such as "Stonewall Audubon Circle", the nation's first urban GLBT condominium community, to their service arm "Stonewall Connections", which helps seniors age in their own homes.
