Metropolitan Community Church of Detroit is made up of people from various backgrounds. Our members and friends are people who believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ was, and is meant for ALL PEOPLE.
We are open to all of God's people. Baptism, commitment ceremonies, spiritual guidance, confession, and prayers and worship services are offered.
We believe God's love includes all people. We affirm and celebrate the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people and allies. Ypsilanti
Sign of the Covenant Metropolitan Community Church has been formed chiefly to meet the needs of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered people in the greater Battle Creek, Michigan, area for a Christian community to support our spiritual exploration and nurture in the faith. Practical experience has shown that, on account of our sexual orientation, we are at best marginalized or at worst outright rejected by the other Christian churches in this city.
Looking for fellowship with those who are Gay, Christian and Charismatic and into 'the Word of God', we'd like to meet you here.
