Although KB Kickboxing's classes' mainly focus on Kickboxing, they are also a fusion of boxing, Kung Fu, and some ancient arts of self-defence (knife defence included on occasions). The explosive, upbeat cardiovascular workout emphasises footwork, body mechanics, kicking and punching combinations and basic defensive and offensive techniques. Essentially students jump around, punch, block and kick to music!
