The Sydney Stingers is Sydney’s only gay competitive water polo team. Formed in 2001 for the 2002 Gay Games, the team competes regularly in the NSW metropolitan water polo competition in both the summer and winter seasons. The team trains twice a week with competition games each week.

The Washington Wetskins is a water polo team based in Washington, D.C., which welcomes gays, lesbians, bisexuals and friends to play. We welcome players of all experience levels, and currently practice twice a week in Washington, D.C.
