1. PRISM
PRISM stands for “People Respecting the Individuality of Students at MSU”. Although our focus is lesbian, bisexual, gay, transgender and ally issues, our goal is to actively create educational opportunities, provide inclusive programming, and promote equality for all students.
Dedicated to improving communications between all of the various groups supporting the transgendered communities in Michigan
Keweenaw Pride is a Michigan Tech student group for gay men, lesbians, bisexuals, transgender people and friends. We seek to provide support, educate ourselves and others, and promote a "queer positive" atmosphere on campus
The We Are Traverse City web site is operated by volunteers as a resource for citizens, community leaders, activists and educators working to preserve traditional community values and to advance our understanding of environmental, political, human rights, economic, democracy, scientific, and social justice issues.
We, the parents, families and friends of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered persons, celebrate diversity and envision a society that embraces everyone, including those of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. Only with respect, dignity and equality for all will we reach our full potential as human beings, individually and collectively.
