The purpose of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Alliance (LGBTA) is to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere upon which members of the California State University of Northridge community can dedicate themselves to the political, cultural, educational, and social advancement of campus life.

Now the largest chapter of Prime Timers Worldwide, the Palm Springs club has over 900 members and continues to provide venues with a “meet and make new friends” theme. Organized lunches, dinners, mixers, trips, theatre outings and more have provided activity options on a monthly basis for members.
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual. Transgender, Questioning and Allies Resource Center
The center will offer a secure and safe environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and their allies in the Riverside and San Bernardino areas by fostering involvement between law enforcement, community service groups, schools and religious organizations. The center will empower and strengthen community involvement on issues of diversity and understanding of sexual orientation and gender identity. The center will improve the health and well-being of youth and adults by providing education, youth programs, support groups, counseling, and community outreach.

Being a volunteer-based center located in Berkeley, people from our communities provide the backbone of the agency. We provide support, therapy, social opportunities, and an easy way to become a part of and stay connected with your community.
