the Queer Student Cultural Center (QSCC), supported by student services fees, is a cultural center made up of six member groups and four affiliate groups who sponsor cultural programs, educational outreach, and social events for students throughout the University Community as well as work together on two main events
We, the parents, families and friends of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered persons, celebrate diversity and envision a society that embraces everyone, including those of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. Only with respect, dignity and equality for all will we reach our full potential as human beings, individually and collectively.
Several monetary grants are offered annually to GLBT post-secondary students. The fund-raising and selection processes are coordinated by the Minnesota GLBT Educational Fund.
Delta Chapter of Delta Lambda Phi Fraternity was founded in 1988 as a social fraternity for the gay, bisexual and progressive men who were attending the University of Minnesota. Delta Lambda Phi Fraternity is also a member of the Queer Student Cultural Center and is involved with several other groups on and off campus.
The purpose of FLAG is to educate the Concordia Community about issues dealing with sexuality, and to provide support to those of a sexual minority.
